As Sr. Vice President of Sales Mike helps to oversee distribution in the North American Markets. Other responsibilities are to manage vendor relationships and new product development. Mike also consults with contractors on projects and needs when it comes to HVAC Cad to Cam software and Hardware from Iowa Precision Industries, The Lockformer Company, Engel Industries and ISM Machinery for Mestek Machinery. Mike is also very involved with the SMACNA community and continues to follow and develop trends across the HVAC contractor base.

Prior to joining Mestek Machinery , Mike helped develop a HVCAC Wholesale Distribution business in the Georgia and Alabama markets from 1995-2005.

Mr. Bailey graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Business Marketing.
