How do I register for breakout sessions?
To register for breakout sessions, go to mepforce.com/agenda and click ‘login’. You can enter your email address to receive a confirmation email to login, or you can use your email address and ticket number to login without a confirmation email. How do I add breakout sessions to my calendar so I don’t forget to join?
Go to mepforce.com/agenda and click on the title of the session you want to add to your calendar. Then, click ‘Add to Cal’. Click the calendar option you’d like to use to download a calendar invite. Be sure to open the invite and ‘save and close’ to actually add it to your calendar. Here’s a quick video so you can see it in action.
How do I access the live broadcast during MEP Force?
MEP Force will be available live on the website. Visit mepforce.com/agenda. Live sessions will appear as a banner at the top of the page with a button to ‘join broadcast’. Live sessions will also be highlighted within the agenda schedule, and you will be able to join live sessions there too. How do I join the MEP Force community and edit my profile?
Go to the MEP Force website and click the community tab and log in. Watch this short video for guidance on editing your profile and uploading your picture.

Is there a discount for groups?

I am trying to login to access my breakout sessions, and I am not receiving the confirmation email. Where can I find my ticket number to login?
You should have received a registration confirmation email with your ticket number. If you did not receive or cannot find that email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request your ticket number.
What’s the difference between virtual MEP Force and the live event?
Instead of spending time and money on travel, you can reap the benefits of attending MEP Force from the comfort of your own desk, even in sweatpants if you’d like. Likewise, you will still receive the informative, innovative, and engaging content that you would expect from our traditionally held live event. MEP Force will be hosted virtually on Monday, August 30th, 2021 to Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 from 12 PM to 4:30 PM EDT.
Additionally, there will be some virtual networking options throughout the online conference, and we will have live in-person block parties in Austin, TX, Denver, CO, and Atlanta, GA.
What’s the difference between a Virtual Basic and Virtual Professional ticket?
The Virtual Basic registration gets you access to the full conference and on demand recordings following the conference as well as access to the networking events. The Virtual Professional ticket includes all of that plus exclusive swag, extra training classes and an additional networking opportunity.
Do I get a SWAG bag?
Of course! SWAG is part of the fun of our conference. Those who register before July 17, 2021 are guaranteed a SWAG bag, which will ship a week before the conference. Anyone who registers after July 17 is not guaranteed a SWAG bag. If there are enough supplies, those who register after July 17 will receive their swag bag after the conference.
Can I invite guests?
Yes, please invite guests, but understand that they will have to register and pay for the event to access the content.
Do I have to attend all three days?
You will have access to all content following the event, so if you have to miss a day or two, you can catch up in your own time. This also means that if there are multiple sessions at the same time that you want to attend, you can watch one live and the others on demand later.
Will the sessions be recorded and available for later viewing?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and can be accessed at any time from the event console.

How can I find my schedule?
From your registration confirmation email, you can click “Manage Registration Details” and then “Manage Sessions” to select your sessions. Additionally, on the Agenda page you can click “Registered” (located next to “My Interests”). If you aren’t logged in, you will need to enter and confirm your email address. Once confirmed, you will be able to view your registered sessions. To add sessions, click the seat icon next to a session to make it appear orange. If there are multiple sessions you want to attend at the same time, click the star to add them to “My Interests”. You can only attend one live session per hour, but you will have access to ALL sessions on demand and can go back and watch them any time!
Will there be any networking events?
There will be some virtual networking options throughout the online conference, and we will have live in-person block parties in Austin, TX, Denver, CO, and Atlanta, GA.
